Subject: Radio art - Sound composition in a radio :: Prix Bohemia Radio 2010

Radio art - Sound composition in a radio (international category)

Sound composition that structurally and esthetically reflects the wide range
of means of expression in the contemporary acoustic art scene, transgressing
both genre borders and routine principles of traditional radio programming;
special emphasis in creating the composition should be put on the radio as
art medium. Maximum footage of a nominated composition that was broadcast in
the time period from 1 January, 2008 to 31 May, 2010 is 60 minutes.

The following prizes will be awarded: International prize Prix Bohemia Radio
2010 (to an author), National prize Prix Bohemia Radio 2010 (to an author)
and Special Mention if a jury decides so.

Only a programme with a filled in application form will be accepted to the competition.

Synopsis must be submitted in English.

A programme must be submitted as CD-Audio or CD-ROM.

Deadline (postmark) for submission is 31 May 2010.

All nominated compositions to the category will be free of charge at the disposal to the Czech Radio for one full-area broadcast.
