Six nominations for the 2nd European competition for live-electronic music
projects.
The ECPNM - European Conference of Promoters of New Music hosts the second
European competition for the composition and interpretation of
live-electronic music projects.
The organizing partners of this competition are members of the ECPNM such
as: EULEC in Lüneburg / Hamburg, Germany; MISO Music, Portugal; Gaudeamus
Music Week, the Netherlands; Concerts Sweden / ISCM World Music Days 2009.
During the ISCM World New Music Days 2009 in Gothenburg, Sweden the
following 6 projects selected out of the 44 entries will be premiered on
4th October:

- "Open" for piano and live electronics, Katarina Glowicka (Poland)
- "Turbulence" for grand piano, live-electronics and video, Panayiotis Kokoras (Greece)
- "Hit the beat" for amplified snare drum and live-electronics, Jan Trützschler (Netherlands)
- "Cut" for paper, percussion and computer, Alex Nowitz (Germany)
- "Minotaurus" For Amplified Voice And Live Electronics With Gestural Controllers, Maurits Fennis (Netherlands)
- "Proteon", for a User Interface with triggers, Light Sensors and a Dataglove, Real Time Sound Synthesis Software, Colony of Bioluminescent Algae
