Call for student research assistant, Product Design (sentire project, Institut für Musikwissenschaft und Medienwissenschaft, Humboldt University Berlin)
Sentire is a Berlin-based project and collective that began in 2016 as a participatory performance series, in which proximity and touch events between two people are sonified. It is now also an ongoing interdisciplinary research, connecting artists, researchers, developers and therapists. The main goal of our research is to develop an interactive system that enhances body perception of its users and can be used in the context of therapy.
We are currently looking for a student research assistant (40h/month, from October 2021 to September 2022, possibly longer) for assisting in the development of the wireless sentire sensor system.
Interest and knowledge in Product/Industrial Design (CAD, 3d printing, prototyping, etc.) are favourable. For details please follow the official link at the end of this mail.
