The editorial team of Sound Stage Screen, in collaboration with the Department of Cultural Heritage at the University of Milan, is pleased to announce the international conference Spaces of Musical Production/Production of Musical Spaces.
Dates: 3–5 November 2023.
Venue: Triennale Milano (Milan, Italy).
Spaces of Musical Production/Production of Musical Spaces brings together a selected group of scholars and artists to examine the relationship between music and space from a variety of perspectives. The conference will feature a keynote lecture by Wolfgang Ernst (Humboldt University of Berlin) and a closing event with theater and opera director Romeo Castellucci in conversation with Emilio Sala.

The official language of the conference is English. Romeo Castellucci’s conversation with Emilio Sala will be in Italian with simultaneous interpretation in English via headphones.
