Dear List,
I would like to invite you to an upcoming streaming concert, hosted by Issue Project Room in New York City. As part of the Distant Pair series, I was paired up with Laetitia Sonami for our first collaboration. For this piece, we create a new virtual instrument spanning from Berlin to Oakland. We connect through gestures and touch, apprehending the shared space which requires both of them to sound and exist.
Date: July 14, 2021
Time: 8pm Eastern Time (the video will be available on Issue Project Room website after the premiere)
