QUASAR Saxofonquartett (Montréal) spielen not thinking about the elephants (2018) (European premiere/ Europäisches Erstaufführung)
it is with great excitement I announce to you the upcoming performance in Dresden (Hellerau). The Saxophone Quartet Quasar will be playing my new piece „not thinking about the elephants“ for saxophone quartet and live electronics. The concert also includes pieces by Jimmie Leblanc (Quebec), Georgia Spiropoulous (France) and Sergej Maingardt (Germany).
Each composer has a unique way of working with the quartet and the electronics, creating an sonically exciting and thought-provoking program performed by dedicated and innovative musicians.
