Prszr (ausgesprochen “pressure”), seit 2008 bestehend aus dem legendären, polnischen Percussion Duo Hati und dem seit 20 Jahren aktiven österreichischen Elektronikmusiker Pure, verbinden die Strenge digital generierter darker Soundscapes mit einem zwischen manisch und entspannt wechselndem Percussionspiel. Filigrane wie brachiale Klangschleifen treffen abwechselnd auf sich vielschichtig überlagernde Polyrhythmen und
mit Gongs erzeugten Drones und erzeugen in ihrer individuellen Verschmelzung elektronischer und akustischer Klangästhetiken beim Publikum eine hypnotische, fast katharsische Erfahrung.

A composer and improviser, Franck Vigroux lives in a universe where rock, improvisation, electronic, hörspiel, and contemporary music meet. On stage he can play many different roles: guitar player, turntablist, electro-acoustician, electronic performer, improvisation orchestra conductor. He also directed numerous videos, such as Dust (30’) in 2007.
He performs in solo or with groups such as Camera, Push the triangle, regularly collaborates with musicians (Elliott Sharp; Zeena Parkins, Michel Blanc, Joey Baron, Bruno Chevillon, Marc Ducret., Ellery Eskellin, Matthew Bourne, Hélène Breschand, Ars Nova ensemble instrumental, Philippe Nahon); with video artists and performers (Mariano Equizzi, Philippe Fontes, Scorpene Horrible, with writers (Philippe Malone, Kenji Siratori)
Since 2000 he repeatedly performed in the United States, in Europe and in Japan either in festivals or in clubs. In 2003, he founded his own label D’Autres Cordes records (Other Chords), his disks are also published by others labels such as Signature Radio France and Hypermodern (Japan)
In 2009 he founded the Compagny D’autres cordes with which he created “Septembres” a text by Philippe Malone, “Broken Circles” for ten musicians interpreted by Ars Nova ensemble instrumental, and “Un Sang d’Encre” with Marc Ducret (2010). In 2011 he composed “D503” a piece for Radio France ACR which runs for Prix Italia 2011.

Martin Fuhs (D)
Fuhs is a german composer and soundartist who is working in the fields of modern classical music / contemporary electronic music. Born on the 18.th of march in 1987 he started to take music theory by the age of 10. Following musical lessons in classical guitar playing by the age of 12. Since then he progressed with his musical abilities by learning to play the piano and starting to write his first arrangements.
Fuhs concentrates on classical influenced music that he mixes with modern elements of electronic music such as digital synthesis and sound processing. His instrument of choice is the piano allthough he also uses guitar sounds and field recordings.
Fuhs is influenced by artists like ryuichi sakamoto, harold budd and keith jarrett but at the same time also by composers like cliff martinez and thomas newman.
Martin Fuhs ist ein 25-jähriger Musiker aus dem Bereich der modernen Klassik / experimentellen Elektronischen Musik. Musikalisch ist Fuhs bedacht die Schnittmengen aus moderner Klassik und abstrakter Electronica zu vereinen um daraus eine faszinierende Melange aus elektroakustischer Musik zu kreieren. Außerdem erforscht er die akustischen Grenzen der Gitarre und deren Klang in Kombination mit digitaler Soundästhetik und Echtzeit-Manipulation. Fuhs schiebt dabei eine Barriere aus Störklängen und Rauschen zwischen die Musik und den Zuhörer. Diese Störgeräusche dienen als Katalysator, um die eigentlichen Klänge in den Mittelpunkt zu rücken. Besagte Barriere muss überwunden werden. So bald dies aber geschehen, wird der Zuhörer mit abstraktem Wohlklang bereichert.
