Hi,
This summer, I will have the pleasure to teach the Digital Music
Workshop at the Orford Academy from May 31, 2015to June 13, 2015. You

The deadline to apply for scholarship is January 22^nd , 2015. Since
scholarships are based on merit, I strongly encourage you to send a good
quality recording.
This two-week seminar in digital music composition, in which the
composition of individual projects will be developed, will present the
different aspects of the musical composition through individual and
group meetings. The presentation of the music in progress or already
existing will be made with a dome composed with 24 speakers lent by the
Faculty of Music of the University of Montreal that will be installed
for the two weeks of the course. Issues of spatial multiphonic will also
be touched through practical workshops of sound production.
Guest artists Adam Basanta and Eldad Tsabary will discuss about specific
aspects of their practices in intensive days devoted to sound
architecture and to the moving listener on one hand, and on the other
hand the laptop orchestra!
