The program is a unique one, in that it is the only US program of its
kind that integrates students fully into the life and work of the IRCAM.
They will be working with cutting-edge electronic musicians and
interacting with internationally renowned composers such as Hector
PARRA, George BENJAMIN and its Chaya CZERNOWIN during the IRCAM’s
ManiFESTE new music festival and its Académie.
Also, all participating students will receive a one-year subscription to
the IRCAM’s Forum software base, so that they may continue to use what
they have learned in Paris for their sonic creations to come!
