The Canadian Electroacoustic Community (CEC),New Adventures in
Sound Art (NAISA) and theCanadian Music Centre (CMC) are pleased to
announce the 9th edition of the Toronto International Electroacoustic
Symposium (TIES), and delighted to welcome composer, performer and
hardware hacking pioneerNicolas Collins as Keynote Speaker this year.
The symposium will take place in Toronto from19-23 August 2015 at the
Artscape Wychwood Barns and at the Canadian Music Centre.
We are now inviting proposals for papers, lecture-recitals, special
sessions of 2 to 4 panellists, compositions and performances to be
presented at TIES 2015 (submission deadline: 28 February 2015).
