ich möchte Euch auf das Abschlusskonzert unserer Konzertreihe
„Crushed Now – After Turing // Beyond Presence“
aufmerksam machen:
Konzert 05: Relational Persistence
Datum: 18.10.2026
Beginn: 18:00 Uhr (Einlass: 17:30 Uhr)
Ort: Kultursaal, Funkhaus Nalepastraße 18, Berlin
Das Konzert geht von der Prämisse aus, dass Klang Raum nicht lediglich besetzt, sondern ihn aktiv hervorbringt und gestaltet.
Zwei eigens entwickelte 3-9-3-Lautsprecherarrays für 3D-Audio, ein IKO-Beamformer und vier ME Geithain RL 900 Lautsprecher bilden eine komplexe Lautsprecherumgebung, in der plastisch präsente, skulpturale Klangphänomene entstehen.
Mit:
TRSSX – Song for the Dissolution of a Land. Ein analoges Synthesizer-Set, räumlich wiedergegeben über den Ambrio Mixer (@ambriosound), ein besonderes Spatial-Audio-Instrument für DJ-Performances.
Meinrad Kneer & Gerriet Krishna Sharma – BirdL0re. Der Kontrabass tritt in einen Austausch mit den Audioprojektoren. Instrumentale Geste und räumliche Projektion werden dabei wechselseitig konstitutiv und lassen sich zunehmend nicht mehr voneinander unterscheiden. Anschließend zieht sich die Arbeit in ein Solo zurück und lenkt die Aufmerksamkeit auf den Eigenkörper des Instruments als Resonanzraum.
Gerriet Krishna Sharma – Polycluster I–III, Kompositionen für einen IKO-Beamforming-Lautsprecher.
John Chowning – Turenas (1972), ein Schlüsselwerk der FM-Synthese und Spatialisierung, räumlich wiedergegeben über vier ME Geithain RL 900 Lautsprecher, die einst den Standard im Rundfunk der DDR setzten und hier an ihren früheren Wirkungsort zurückkehren.
Boris Eldagsen – KI-generierte audiovisuelle Installation im Foyer, die das Thema Beyond Presence in die latenten Räume des maschinellen Lernens erweitert.

I would like to draw your attention to the closing concert of our series
“Crushed Now – After Turing // Beyond Presence”
Concert 05: Relational Persistence

Venue: Kultursaal, Funkhaus Nalepastraße 18, Berlin
The concert proceeds from the premise that sound does not merely occupy space but actively composes and shapes it.
Two custom-built 3-9-3 loudspeaker arrays for 3D audio, an IKO beamformer and four ME Geithain RL 900 loudspeakers form a complex loudspeaker environment in which sculptural sound phenomena acquire a tangible, three-dimensional presence.
Featuring:
TRSSX – Song for the Dissolution of a Land. An analogue synthesiser set spatialised through the Ambrio Mixer (@ambriosound), a distinctive spatial-audio instrument conceived for DJ performance.
Meinrad Kneer & Gerriet Krishna Sharma – BirdL0re. The double bass enters into an exchange with the sound projectors. Instrumental gesture and spatial projection become mutually constitutive, to the point where they can no longer be clearly distinguished. The work then withdraws into a solo, returning attention to the instrument’s own body as a site of resonance.
Gerriet Krishna Sharma – Polycluster I–III, compositions for an IKO beamforming loudspeaker.
John Chowning – Turenas (1972), a landmark work of FM synthesis and spatialisation, presented across four ME Geithain RL 900 loudspeakers. Once setting the standard in East German broadcasting, these monitors return here to their former home.
Boris Eldagsen – An AI-generated audiovisual installation in the foyer, extending the theme of Beyond Presence into the latent spaces of machine learning.
